Why we started Praix
We've seen how it usually goes. A company hires an agency, spends six months and a significant budget, and ends up with software that technically works but nobody actually uses. Or they buy an off-the-shelf tool and spend the next two years bending their process around its limitations.
We started Praix because we think there's a better model. A small, senior team that takes time to understand your business before writing code. That uses AI to move fast without cutting corners. And that measures success by whether your team is actually better off six months after launch, not by how many features made it into the spec.
